Terms and Conditions

I. Meals: The price of this room does not include breakfast or meals. Breakfast is available at an additional cost per person, per day.
II. Reservation Policy:
  1. You must pay 50% of the total stay in advance as a deposit, and the remaining 50% at check-in.
  2. Non-guaranteed reservations are held for up to 48 hours after the reservation is made.
III. Payment Terms:
  1. Payment by debit/credit card: The property may charge 50% of the total amount at any time after booking.
  2. Payment by deposit or bank transfer: Upon request, we will provide our CBU (Bank Account Number) and bank account number for the deposit payment. Once the bank details have been sent, you must make and report the payment within 48 hours of receiving them. If payment is not provided, the amount will not be taken as a deposit for the reservation.
IV. Payment Methods:
Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, MercadoPago, Payment Link, Bank Deposit/Transfer.
V. Guarantee Policy:
At check-in, you will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee to ensure responsible use of the facilities. No additional charges will be incurred except in cases of breakage, theft, or missing items.
VI. Cancellations:
You will pay 50% of the total price if you cancel your reservation.
VII. Modifications:
  1. For modifications to be made free of charge, they must be made at least 45 days prior to check-in.
  2. If the modification is made between 44 days and 15 days prior to check-in, a 20% penalty will be applied.
  3. If the modification is made between 14 days and 96 hours prior to check-in, a penalty of 30% of the total stay will be applied.
  4. If the modification is made between 96 hours and check-in time, a penalty of 50% of the total stay will be applied. All modifications are subject to resort availability and current rates; any adjustments must be paid as the difference.
VIII. No-Show:
If you do not show up, you will be charged 100% of your stay.
IX. Refunds:
No refunds are issued. Any balance paid as a deposit will be applied to future reservations (depending on current rates and availability).
X. Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM. Any delay in the guest’s arrival must be communicated to the establishment by email, phone, or WhatsApp so that the property can maintain availability for the period covered by the deposit. If you fail to do so and do not arrive within the previously informed check-in time, your check-in will be carried out the following day during Administrative Hours from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We are not responsible for the lost day of accommodation.
XI. Pets are not allowed.
XII. Cabañas Antilhue reserves the right to refuse admission.
